In a recent gathering at Bushey Meads Academy, we successfully hosted our yearly Supervisor Training Seminar, which saw the participation of approximately 70 Supervisors and Assistant Supervisors. The seminar was marked by its comprehensive coverage of essential topics, including Health and Safety, Supervisory skills, Infection control, and an introduction to our latest product line, Biohygiene and Cobotics!
The effort our team poured into creating a seminar that was both engaging and packed with useful insights really paid off. Our goal was to make sure our supervisors left feeling informed and empowered, equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to excel in their roles with both confidence and efficiency.
The seminar also served as a platform for valuable networking, allowing our supervisors to engage in meaningful discussions, exchange innovative ideas, and share practical solutions to common challenges. This interactive environment contributed significantly to the day’s success, fostering a sense of community and mutual learning among participants.
