We recently organised our Annual Supervisor training seminar at Bushey Meads Academy, and we were thrilled to have around 70 Supervisors and Assistant Supervisors attend the event. It was a great success, covering several modules such as Supervisory skills, Infection control, and our New Product range, Biohygiene.
Our team put a lot of effort into designing the training to ensure it was engaging, informative, and beneficial for all the attendees. We wanted to equip our supervisors with the skills and knowledge they need to perform their roles effectively and efficiently.
During the event, we also provided opportunities for our supervisors to network with each other, exchange ideas, and share best practices. It was an interactive and fruitful day, and we were happy to see that the attendees learned a lot from each other’s experiences.
To show our appreciation for the hard work and dedication of our supervisors over the past year, we treated them to a delicious 2-course lunch. It was a small token of our gratitude for the effort they put in every day to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
Overall, we were thrilled with the success of our Supervisor Seminar. It was an opportunity for us to invest in our supervisors’ professional development and to show them that we value their contributions.
